Crab Linguine

Ingredients:

16 oz Linguine

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cups fresh cooked crab meet

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup dry white wine

Lemon juice of one lemon or approx 2 tbls

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

fresh parsley

1/4-1/8 tsp cayane pepper or to taste

salt and pepper to taste

1) Cook the linguine in salted water and according to directions. When cooked drain and save pasta water.

2) in large pan melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 -2 minutes, be careful not to brown the butter. Add the white wine and lemon juice. Let reduce for a couple of minutes. Stir in the crab meat & pasta. Mix and remove pan from the heat.

3) add in the 1/3 to 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed to moisten pasta.
