Harborview Inn ★★★★☆

Went to Garibaldi for my birthday Friday June 29, 2018, stayed at Harborview Inn and Marine Park.  I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff at Harborview is.  First time I have stayed there, with my boat in tow. I am sure to stay again.  The rooms are very clean, and they have considered all details that most fisherman would want.  A wonderful crab cooking area, a private location to park your boat overnight,  and such options as pet friendly rooms and cooler mats to allow you to keep coolers inside without damaging the carpeting.

If you want to fish for two or more days out of Garibaldi,  you should stay at the Harborview Inn.  It is really nice to wake up at 5:15 and launch your boat at 5:30.  I do not mind the drive for a day from PDX, but if you want to fish two days or more, it does not make any logical sense not to stay there.  The cost of gas/diesel, and sleep hours are not worth going back to PDX.

 I give this establishment 4 stars out of 5,  only because my wife is a finicky sleeper and thought the bed could have been more comfortable. I thought the bed was fine, and am certain that any tired angler would agree with me.
