Fishing Report: First springer 2019 for Jeff and Inna

Patience pays off, as does having good bait, gear, technique and knowledge of an area.

Inna is holding a beautiful springer that she caught while fishing with her husband Jeff, Sunday March 24th in the lower Willamette River using herring. I did not go on this trip, but had to show the photo, such a beautiful fish! Congratulations Inna and Jeff! The fishing is slow overall but some fish are being caught. Hopefully success rates will climb from here.
